Deposit and Balance
Some bookings may require a deposit to secure the expedition, private trip, or customized travel arrangement.
The deposit amount, payment deadline, and remaining balance will be stated in your booking proposal or booking confirmation.
Your booking is confirmed only after the required deposit or full payment has been received and acknowledged by our team in writing.
Final Payment
The remaining balance must be paid by the deadline stated in your booking confirmation.
If payment is not completed by the deadline, we may release your reserved slot, cancel the booking, or apply the relevant cancellation terms.
Payment Confirmation
For bank transfers or other manual payment methods, please send us proof of payment after completing the transaction.
Payment confirmation may be sent by email, WhatsApp, or another official communication channel agreed with our team.
Bank and Processing Fees
Travelers are responsible for any bank transfer fees, card processing fees, currency conversion fees, intermediary bank charges, or payment gateway fees unless otherwise stated.
If a payment is received with fees deducted, the traveler may be required to pay the remaining balance before the booking is confirmed.
Payment Security
For online payments, we may use third-party payment providers. We do not store full credit card details on our website.
Please do not send sensitive card information through email, WhatsApp, social media messages, or website inquiry forms.
Pricing Errors
If there is an obvious pricing, currency, or payment error on the website or in communication, we reserve the right to correct the error before confirming the booking.
Invoices and Receipts
Receipts or invoices may be provided upon request, subject to available business information, tax information, and applicable requirements.
